Since its launch in 2018, Google One has garnered over 100 million subscribers seeking enhanced features and additional storage in Google Photos, Meet, and Calendar. Recently, Google introduced the Google One AI Premium plan, offering access to Gemini Advanced, which utilizes 1.0 Ultra, their most powerful AI model widely available today.
The Google One AI Premium plan now includes Gemini integration in Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Meet (formerly Duet AI). This integration allows users to access Gemini features directly within these Google products, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity. For example, users can receive assistance in composing emails in Gmail, creating documents in Docs, managing budgets in Sheets, or designing presentations in Slides.
In Google Workspace, user data protection and privacy remain top priorities. Google does not use personal or business Workspace data to train or enhance the underlying generative AI and large language models that power systems outside of Workspace without explicit permission.
Gemini integration in Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Meet is rolling out to AI Premium Plan members in over 150 countries in English. AI Premium members also receive 2TB of storage and other Google One benefits for $19.99 per month. New users can start a two-month trial of the Google One AI Premium plan at no cost.
